An offer you can't refuse

The post-nuclear world may not be the most pleasant place to live in, but it's still a hell of a lot better than being crammed into a mass grave. People have crawled out of holes and nuclear shelters, evolution has blown its brains out, and civilisation has begun another cycle of self-destruction. Four stories from the post-apocalyptic United States, from modern war-torn cities and the deepest wastelands, to secret military bases and abandoned bunkers. Cold-blooded mercenaries, expeditions of no return, battles with drug cartels and the search for the truth that everyone would rather leave buried. The body count rises at almost the same rate as the number of drinks consumed, and war - it never changes...

"Wow! Very nice and easy to read for me, I immediately thought of the iconic Fallout series of games, Fallout 2 and Fallout: Tactics. Very nice to read and I wish there were more of these longer stories, novellas and even more episodic novels. Thanks to the author for a good experience, keep up the good work!"

"I was a little disappointed by the linearity of the stories, most of the time there is no extra twist, or rather no twist that would surprise. On the other hand, the whole post-catastrophic cowboy atmosphere about a lone gunman has its charm."

"Author's first novel doesn't pretend to be anything spectacular, and yet (or because of that) it's worth the attention of fans of post-apocalyptic worlds, action shoot-outs and tough heroes you'd better not piss off, unless you want to pick your teeth off the floor."

Author's comment

An offer you can't refuse is written for a small circle of post-apocalyptic Fallout fans. That's not to say others can't enjoy it, but they'll be at a disadvantage from the start. The stories, with the possible exception of the first one, are written in a very digestible, action-packed, straightforward manner. I later moved away from that style, but it kind of belongs in a post-apocalyptic world. Post-apocalyptic worlds will probably never lose their depressing charm, and anyone who enjoys exploring the mysteries of long-abandoned places, or following Urbex maps in real life, will probably enjoy these stories as well.
